1. Import/Export Commercial Services:
Acting as an agent for obtaining licenses and permits. This includes offering assistance in arranging automated import permits for textiles and other non-electronic products, obtaining import/export license ¡°Electronic Keys¡±, textile product ¡°Manufacturer Identification Numbers¡± (MID #), ¡°Exporter Identification Numbers¡± (EID #) records for textile import/export enterprises, and more.
Assisting member enterprises in obtaining landing visas for international business travelers.
Organizing the participation of member enterprises in activities such as national foreign-trade credit appraisals, national assessments, and the selection of model enterprises that achieve benefits by advancing quality.
Financial counseling counters for several banking institutions are provided for member enterprises.
Consulting and cooperation in foreign import/export business.
Conducting corporate culture activities (i.e.: photo exhibitions, luncheons for business leaders, providing commercial discount cards, etc.) and promoting mutual dialogue between member enterprises.
2. Services for the Enhancement of Enterprise Quality
Holding training classes and seminars for a wide variety of professions and foreign languages based on the professional development needs of member enterprises.
Providing better access to educational resources by conducting relevant professional training classes at member enterprises' own facilities.  
The organization of preparatory classes for individuals who will participate in examinations for national and international commercial and export certifications.  
Publication of the ¡° Market Guide ¡± for the purpose of disseminating information about foreign trade policies and commercial affairs to member enterprises.¡£  
3. Market Expansion Services
Assist the Foreign Economic and Trade Cooperation Bureau in organizing the participation of member enterprises in the Guangzhou Trade Fair.
Instruct enterprises in the reporting of financing for small to medium sized businesses involved in international market expansion, and for the financing of private firms involved in foreign business.  
Assist and facilitate local organizations in going abroad in order to participate in trade fairs, attract investment, and engage in conferences and other activities.  
Hold lectures on international market expansion.  
Set up a showroom for Zhuhai export products to help member enterprises expand trade and establish new connections.  
4. Fair-Trade Services
Expanding WTO consulting services
Continuing to host ¡°Legal Services Day¡± on the 18th of every month.  
Work together with the Guangdong Light Law Firm to provide legal assistance to member enterprises and advocate the lawful rights and interests of members.  
Assist member enterprises in responding to antidumping actions.  
5.Information, Online, and Translation, Services
Manage the ZHCCIE Chinese language website, and setup a new English language website.
Provide enterprises with translation services for a number of foreign languages.  
Work together with the Hong Kong Trade Development Bureau and the Macau Trade Promotion Bureau to provide enterprise with online trade services.  

Assist member enterprises in setting up corporate websites, creating web pages, and by providing guidance and services related to information.

 
Establish a user database for messaging services in order to provide enterprises with professional information in a timely and agile manner.  
6.Services for Promoting Enterprise Development
The establishment of a credit underwriting corporation for local foreign trade enterprises in order to provide companies with financial underwriting.
Continue to work diligently towards the completion of the ¡°High-Tech Products Production and Export Base¡± so as to provide member enterprises with integrated production and trade capabilities.  
    All of the departments of the Secretariat will display the highest level of responsibility and enthusiasm in projects and services. We aim to enthusiastically assist all members, and help member enterprises and the Chamber of Commerce reach new heights.
